Handstand Program

If you’ve always wanted to do a handstand but don’t know where to start, this is the right program for you! This 16 week program consists of 2 workouts / week with a 30-60 minute commitment per workout. Fortunately, those workouts don't have to be done all at once. You could break up the exercises throughout the day and still get just as much out of it.

Are there any pre-requisites?

Before starting this program, I should already be able to:

  • Hold a 0:60 Headstand

  • Perform 10 Consecutive push-ups (chest to floor)

  • Wall space (for wall assisted handstands)

  • dumbbells (light - medium resistance)

  • Exercise mat
